Being a stylist, I’m always on the lookout for cool, affordable, chic places to shop. And that’s exactly what I found at Lavo Collections – Rice Village location!
Owner Diane Nguyen was nice enough to set me up with model Shelley Vo, who I outfitted in a variety of styles. I dressed Shelley in a stylish brown tweed blazer, with a black leather belt and black leather patch pants. I completed the ensemble with an awesome leather pencil skirt with a beige top.
Notable Fall fashions included a PU leather zipper down dress to die for, as well as key hole blouses in several seasonal colors. The bronze and silver shimmer jeggings are always super sexy!
There were high low dresses, including maxi skirt which is one of my favorites. It’s perfect for any evening out on the town. Shelley also wore a really cute geometric print long sleeve sweater dress that I belted in navy leather.
Some of the more unique accessories I spotted were the infinity scarves, purses, and belts. The half moon metal plate elastic belt, and the gold metal bar belt are also very individual and stylish. But what really caught my eye was the “Hanh Clutch” by Houston artist Hanh Tran. Each clutch is a literal piece of art, hand painted by the artist. The texture feels amazing in your hands!
