‘A Fairy Tale’ Gala for Pink Door
Think Pink Think Cure! Pink Door, a non-profit organization dedicated to the assistance of women cancer survivors, is hosting their Fifth Annual Gala themed ‘A Fairy-tale Ending‘ on November 9, 2012 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Houston. Founded in 2007, by Cortney Cole Hall in honor of her mother, the organization has come a long way constantly providing resources and assistance to survivors and raising funds to help their recovery.
A kick-off event was hosted at Momentum Audi yesterday to celebrate their success after helping over 15 women cancer patients and survivors this year through Pink Door’s “My Pink Wish” Assistance Program in subsidizing mortgage/utility payments and many other pink wishes during and after cancer treatment.
Each year the Pink Door gala is most certainly a much talked about gala of the year attracting the elite and the young professional crowd. It is a glamorous gala with a great cause. This year’s gala is expected to be filled with excitement as the theme says it all: ‘A Fairy-tale Ending‘ and with a Gala Chair like Jared Lang and Co-Chairs David and Debbie LaRue the event is expected to be a sell out. Pink Door’s 2012 Gala is Pink Door’s largest fundraising event of the year. Each year, Pink Door’s Gala involves a theme that has guests thrilled to return year after year for new ambiance and fun.
Guests enjoyed pink cupcakes, pink hair extensions by Roi Alan and Travis Player of Kharisma Hair Salon, light bites and cocktails at the kick-off event. Spotted looking fabulous in hot pink was Cortney Cole Hall, Tim White, Laura LaRue, Jacquie Baly, Gabriella Alberti, and Houston Dynamo player Cam Weave.
