Radio Milano Experience
Chef Jose Hernandez serves up an amazing menu at Houston’s newest foodie favorite, Radio Milano. Self proclaimed as “Modern Italian Cuisine”, Radio Milano offers up a series of dishes that are all at once familiar and yet push the boundaries of flavor and style. The culinary team behind Chef Hernandez has produced a menu brimming with modern Italian fare. Artisan pizzas are joined by house-made pastas, expertly prepared seafood, steak and more.
After sampling a number of dishes, we can’t honestly say that there were any that we wouldn’t order again, but there were a few that absolutely stole the scene. First was the Pizza, served with a garlic sauce instead of the standard tomato variety, San Daniel Prosciutto, and topped with shaved Truffle. I’ll never look at a Domino’s cardboard “pizza” the same way again. The second dish was one we had the chance to see being prepared in the kitchen. Chef expertly created a seared Pheasant plate with potato cake, apple mostarda, and a cardamom reduction. I’ve never had anything like it and I can’t wait to have it again.
The restaurant is located in Citycentre and is open for lunch and dinner as well as Sunday brunch. With an immense selection of wine pairings, and an impressive bar menu there’s something for every taste. But don’t take our word for it. Head over to Citycentre’s Hotel Sorella and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
