With the city’s economic growth and the fashion industry booming and the status quotient sky-high, Houston is set to groom the next generation of fashion icons. Affluent parents from various ethnicities are not hesitating to dish out high dollars on high end brands as that is the latest craze for kids. “Houston’s fashion scene is thriving, it is a growing industry and people in Houston want a luxurious lifestyle and are taking an extra effort to ingrain that in the next generation. We kick start the new year with Young and Fabulous Fashionistas Zarayan and Zenya. Parents Sneha and Naushir Merchant love dressing up their almost 5 year old son Zaryan and baby girl Zenya. These proud parents are very fashionable themselves, although they believe in good values and being strict, the Merchants certainly love spoiling their young ones with fashionable outfits. “It’s all a perspective. I love good deals but thoroughly enjoy dressing up my kids in designer wear,” shares Sneha Merchant.
Mrs. Merchant loves to shop online for her kids at childrensalon.com. “It is my favorite place as they carry designer brands like Dior, Ferre, Stella, Fendi, Chloe for Kids, Cavalli, Gucci, Burberry, and Armani Jr,” shares Sneha. Style for her kids is about comfort in what they wear and looking trendy. According to Sneha, designer clothes have quality design and comfort, handmade suits and jackets have a clean snug fit.
Zaryan was recently spotted walking the ramp at a Lights Camera Action Young and Fabulous Soiree sporting Armani while her then only 6 month old baby girl Zenya stole the show in a classic Burberry baby doll frock. “Zaryan is in the super hero mode so he prefers Iron Man or Captain America stuff and Zara kids is the perfect destination with a good selection, within a reasonable budget. Zenya is spoiled! She already has Fendi, Cavalli and Gucci shoes.. and she’s not walking yet,” chuckles the uber fashionable Sneha Merchant.
