Some 420 mostly ladies in big brimmed hats and spring frocks gathered at the River Oaks Country Club for the 15th Anniversary of Hats Off To Mothers Luncheon to help raise funds for Easter Seals Greater Houston. With chairpersons Gina Gaston Elie and Dr. Kelli Cohen Fein the luncheon raised a whopping $205,000.
