Glitz, Glamor and Hope – Omega Bering Sing For Hope Steals the Show

It was the perfect blend of sophistication, glamor and fun. The Omega Bering ‘Sing For Hope’ Gala drew a large crowd of 465 people at the Houston Club, Downtown Houston on Saturday September 15, 2012. The party started at the Houston Club with a cocktail reception followed by a seated dinner soiree. The fun did not stop, 300 opera fans joined in before the grand finale – a Wortham-staged champagne toast at the Worthom Theater where talented professional opera singers entertained the audience.

For many the night was not over yet, the excitement carried on at the Wortham Theater lobby and later at the Houston Club Ballroom. And why not? When chairs like Jeff Gremillion and Jared Lang take the lead that’s exactly what you get, a fun filled evening with guests like Mayor Annise Parker, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and wife Tricia as well as Bering Omega president Dan Snare.

A musically enriched evening was not lacking in glamor and style, amongst the gentlemen, Jared Lang stole the limelight with his sleek look, also spotted at the gala Gabriela Dror, Deborah Duncan, Ashlee Lee, Amber N. Wills, Tammy Greene Dowe, Roi Alan, Sue Habib, Jeff Shell and many other beautiful people.
