Shopaholics, fans and camera crews flocked to the Neiman Marcus Galleria mall’s third floor on November 3, 2011 where Tory Burch herself made an appearance to promote her collection, mix and mingle with her fans and launch the 2012 Spring/Resort Collection.

The sneak peak to her Spring 2012 Collection was simply wow. Long dresses, tunic tops inspired from her trips to India and a blast of bright vibrant colors speaks volumes about her personality. Tory is not just popular for her amazing fashion and style she is a role model for many businesswomen and getting popular amongst Houstonians for her friendly and down to earth nature.

The long line of fans sipped champagne with light bites on a Wednesday afternoon to get a chance to shake hands with the designer and to get her autograph on their favorite Tory Burch merchandise. “She is so friendly and nice. I bought a little bag for my 6 year-old and she was so happy to autograph it for her. I am very happy to meet a designer who actually wants to share time with her fans,” says Shiva Rafferty.

The who’s who from the media business spotted were Clifford Pugh, fashion columnist and Editor Culturemap, Joy Sewing from Houston Chronicle, Mirror Mirror Host Rebecca Spera, and Roz Pactor. Ladies were very fashionably dressed to impress Tory whether in Burch or not.
