A Sunday evening could not have been more perfect! A cool light breeze under a white tent with a handful of aristocrats for the launch of Houston’s finest residential development. An evening of fine cocktails and scrumptious food bites was provided by local restaurants as Röhe & Wright presents Winfield Gate.
This was the official launch of the Winfield Gate residential community. A project that will soon bring 21 luxury patio homes and town homes to a prime River Oaks area acreage on San Felipe immediately east of Kirby. “Francie Willis’ family is co-developing, and two homes in the $2-million range have already gone into pre-construction. The former Urban Retreat building is being utilized as a sales center,” informed Stuart Rosenberg of Studio Communications.
The story of this exclusive luxurious gated community is very fascinating. The residences at Winfield Gate have been named for the American Ambassadors who have made an important impact on the subsequent preservation and enhancement of the landmark property. Ten, distinctive floorplans, which can be further customized by the owner, feature up to 6,000 square feet and amenities such as elevators, three-car garages, spiral staircases, libraries, wine vaults, lanai’s with outdoor kitchens and rooftop terraces with potting sheds.
This glamorous evening was made possible by restaurants like Benjy’s, Sorrel Urban Bistro, Samba Grille, Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt, Slim Ritas, and also a live auction of an exclusive painting by Taft McWhorter. This event was most definitely an enticement to a slice of fine living. For more information visit winfieldgate.com.
