Supporters of Indo American Chamber of Commerce and Pratham a non-profit organization that works for literacy in India hosted their Annual ‘Tee it Up for Literacy’ a charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Tour 18, Humble, Texas.

This sold out event was fun filled with golf enthusiasts who had taken the afternoon off to enjoy Houston’s fall weather and play golf for a great cause. The venue was most definitely the focal point for such an impressive turn out. Tour 18 here in Houston is very popular as the most renowned holes in golf.

The event successfully chaired by Pankaj Dhume and Ash Shah was an all day affair followed by an awards dinner. The winners of the tournament were Doug Friedman, Chris Lokey, Brett Burke and Lee Lewis.

Well this might have been a mostly guys event but ladies get ready for Pratham’s Annual Lucheon event on December 2, 2011 with Christian Dior at the Junior League of Houston. Click for more details.
